Shipping Guidelines

Welcome to Tractr! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and convenient. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.
  • Tractr will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
  • Orders placed Monday–Friday after 6 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 6 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.


Holiday Observance

Tractr does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company-observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year's Eve

  • Labor Day

  • New Year's Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • President's Day

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Memorial Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Independence Day

  • Christmas Day


Shipping Restrictions

  • Tractr.com is unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Tractr.com does not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery.
  • Tractr.com does not ship internationally, except in Canada.


Refused Delivery

  • If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Tractr.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
